About Us

WE ARE MOCHA | CREATING AWARD-WINNING RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR CLIENTS  SINCE 2015

We are an award-winning full-service marketing agency, with a digital department of dreams.

Our founding aim was always VERY clear… we aim to be the extension of our clients team without the frustration of working with an external partner.

Our founder, Gemma Orton, created Mocha after experiencing years of frustration, looking for the right marketing partner to support her teams. In 2015, Gemma took the plunge and designed a service with the promise of filling the gap between ‘client’ and ‘agency’.  Gemma’s passion for our vision and values (including a set of Client Promises which we live and breathe by) gets stronger every day through our now owners Chloe Dennis and Steve Stuart, who have one goal… to be our client's partner of choice to achieve their goals through strategy, creativity and passion.

There is no doubt that we have a desire to grow as a business and to be the marketing agency of choice across the UK - but what we are absolutely certain about is that this goal will not be at the detriment of the service we offer to our wonderfully loyal clients.

We are SUPER proud of our culture at Mocha.  Our team, their happiness and health mean EVERYTHING to us. That’s why we like to do things a little differently… including flexible working hours, ‘work from anywhere’ 3 times a week, a beautiful office to enjoy, ‘bring your dog to work’ days (our furry friends love to spend time at Mocha!) and lots and lots of goodies (mostly consisting of food).

We work with each of our team members closely to support their health and happiness goals and also work with them towards their own tailored career plans.

{We’re also really, really lucky to work with a very lovely bunch of people!}.

You hear all the time when companies are hiring that ‘we’re one big family’ but the Mocha team truly are. You could not find a closer team who genuinely support each other and want each other to succeed.
