On 9th September, Mocha Marketing were named finalists for Small Business of the Year at LeicestershireLive’s Women in Business Awards 2021.
The awards ceremony, presented by Emma Jesson, took place on 9th September at Leicester’s King Power Stadium, where our Managing Director and driving force behind Mocha Marketing, Chloe Dennis was announced as a finalist in front of a large audience of guests including business owners, leaders and sponsors from across Leicestershire!
LeicestershireLive’s Women in Business Awards celebrate outstanding achievements of female entrepreneurs and business professionals from across Leicestershire, with the Small Business of the year category recognising the best female-owned small business in Leicestershire. With the award entries open to all sectors, being shortlisted was a big win for us and a huge achievement for Chloe who became fifty percent shareholder earlier this year after our Founder, Gemma Orton made the decision to move away from the business to pursue new ventures.
Chloe’s ambition for Mocha has always been clear - to carry on Gemma’s legacy and drive the business forward with a clear growth plan whilst upholding the highest levels of customer service and maintaining a happy team. Making the top three alongside Nest and House and Home Bespoke is testament to the commitment and hard work of Chloe and the entire Mocha team.
An incredibly proud Chloe had this to say; “I can’t put into words what being nominated for this award means to me and the Mocha team. It’s been a tough couple of years for obvious reasons and our team have worked so hard for our clients and for the business, so being shortlisted is such an incredible achievement.”
“Mocha Marketing was built on the foundation of exceptional customer service and ambition to achieve the best for our clients, without compromise. This is without a doubt something we continue to hold at the heart of everything we do but none of this could be achieved without our incredible team, who are and always will be my number one priority as Managing Director of Mocha Marketing.”
“I am so proud of Mocha Marketing and am grateful every day to have such a talented, dedicated team behind us. We may not have been named Small Business of the Year, but we are all winners in my eyes! A huge congratulations to Samantha Gibbs of Nest, a very worthy winner!”
